WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 12, 2018) – Buckner Management & Technology (BucknerMT) announced today that the President and CEO, Tonya Buckner, graduated from the Women Presidents’ Educational Organization (WPEO) SAGE Advice Program. In its second year, this year-long program has partnered with national banking chain Capital One to expose prominent women business owners to critical leadership skills and financial acumen needed to accelerate the growth of their companies.

Women business leaders are thoroughly vetted and undergo a rigorous selection process in order to gain admission into this highly selective program. Accepted participants receive invaluable one-on-one business development coaching and financial consultations from WPEO members, industry leaders, and small-business, financial advisors and bankers. “This program has been an integral part of my business,” says Buckner of her participation. “It helped me focus on what was most important and gave me the tools to not only meet but exceed my business goals,” she says.
